Neuctra Mailer hands your emails to your SMTP server. Whether they reach the inbox, the spam folder or nowhere depends on your mail provider, the receiving servers, your domain settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), your sending history and the content. We can't guarantee delivery or inbox placement.

Your SMTP provider, Cloudflare Turnstile and other services you connect are run by other companies under their own terms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, limits or decisions.
