Terms of Service
The rules for using Neuctra Mailer: your account, sending only to people who agreed, plans and limits, and what we are and aren't responsible for.

Agreement
By creating an account or using Neuctra Mailer, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you agree on its behalf. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password, API keys and SMTP login safe. You are responsible for everything sent with your account and keys. If a key leaks, rotate it or pause the service right away.
Acceptable use
You may only email people who agreed to get your emails, or people you have a clear reason to contact, such as your own customers about their orders.
- No spam, purchased or scraped lists, or emails to people who unsubscribed.
- No phishing, malware, fraud, or content that is illegal, harassing or deceptive.
- Follow the email and privacy laws that apply to you, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR, including a working unsubscribe link and your postal address in marketing emails.
- Follow your SMTP provider's terms and sending limits.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits and security.
We may pause or close accounts that break these rules, and remove keys or services that are being abused.
Your SMTP account
Emails are sent through the SMTP account you connect. Your mail provider decides whether to accept and deliver them, and may limit or suspend your account under its own terms. We are not responsible for those decisions.
Plans and limits
Each plan includes a number of services, emails a month and subscribed contacts. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.
When you reach a limit, sending stops until it resets or you upgrade. We may change plans and prices; changes to a paid plan you are on apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you first.
Your content
You own your templates, lists and other content. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use it, and for the people on your lists.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Neuctra Mailer running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will try to give notice.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost emails, lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
See also the disclaimer.
Ending your use
You can stop using Neuctra Mailer at any time, delete your services in the dashboard, and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell account holders about important changes. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
